1. Ownership of Copyright
- Upon acceptance and publication of an article, the copyright of the published version shall be transferred to the Publisher, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The Publisher shall hold exclusive rights to reproduce, distribute, archive, and display the published content in print, electronic, and digital formats worldwide.
- Authors retain moral rights to be identified as the original creators of their work.
2. Author Declaration
- Authors must confirm that the submitted manuscript is original and has not been previously published, in whole or in part, in any other journal, magazine, or platform.
- The manuscript must not be under consideration elsewhere at the time of submission.
- Authors must ensure that the work does not infringe any existing copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
3. Third-Party Material
- Authors must obtain written permission for any figures, tables, images, or text excerpts taken from other sources prior to submission.
- Proper acknowledgment and citation of third-party content must be clearly provided.
- The Publisher shall not be responsible for unauthorized use of copyrighted material provided by the author.
4. Rights Granted to the Publisher
- The Publisher has the right to edit, format, reproduce, translate, and distribute the article in print, online, and archived formats.
- The article may be included in indexing databases, institutional repositories, or promotional materials.
- Portions of the article may be used for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes with proper author acknowledgment.
5. Author Reuse Rights
- Authors may use their published article for academic and educational purposes including classroom teaching, conference presentations, and inclusion in theses or dissertations.
- Any further reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use requires prior written permission from the Publisher.
- Proper citation to the original publication in Vigyaksha Science Magazine must be provided.
6. Plagiarism and Ethical Compliance
- All submissions shall be screened for plagiarism and ethical compliance.
- If plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or ethical misconduct is identified before or after publication, the Publisher reserves the right to retract the article.
- Legal action may be taken in cases of serious intellectual property violations.
7. Open Access and Distribution
- If published under an open-access model, the article may be shared in accordance with the specific license terms defined by the Publisher.
- Any reuse must comply strictly with the applicable licensing agreement.

- The MoU establishes a formal academic collaboration between Vigyaksha Science Magazine and the partnering academic institution.
- The objective is to promote research dissemination, academic development, publication opportunities, and scholarly cooperation.
- This MoU does not create a legal partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
2. Scope of Collaboration
- Publication of research articles, review papers, and academic communications.
- Collaboration in seminars, conferences, workshops, and academic events.
- Student research promotion and publication support initiatives.
- Internship or editorial training opportunities.
- Institutional subscriptions and knowledge-sharing programs.
- Specific activities shall require mutual written consent.
3. Roles and Responsibilities
A. Vigyaksha Science Magazine / Newredmars Education
- Provide editorial review and publication services in accordance with established policies.
- Maintain academic standards, ethical compliance, and publication integrity.
- Promote institutional collaboration through authorized channels where appropriate.
- Ensure transparent and fair editorial processes.
B. Academic Institution
- Nominate authorized representatives for coordination.
- Ensure submitted manuscripts comply with academic and ethical standards.
- Promote responsible research conduct among faculty and students.
- Support communication and cooperation in mutually agreed activities.
4. Editorial Independence
- All manuscripts shall undergo independent editorial review.
- Execution of an MoU does not guarantee publication of any submission.
- The Publisher retains full editorial discretion to accept, reject, or request revisions.
5. Financial Terms
- Any publication charges, sponsorship contributions, or subscription fees must be clearly defined in writing.
- Financial arrangements shall be governed by separate written agreements where required.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
- Copyright of published materials shall be governed by the Magazine’s Copyright Policy.
- Institutional collaboration does not transfer ownership rights unless expressly agreed in writing.
- Each party retains ownership of its respective trademarks, logos, and intellectual property.
7. Confidentiality
- Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of sensitive information exchanged during collaboration.
- Confidential information shall not be disclosed without prior written consent.
8. Use of Name and Logo
- Neither party may use the other party’s name, logo, or branding without written authorization.
- Approved usage must comply with branding and representation guidelines.
9. Duration and Termination
- The MoU shall remain valid for a specified term (e.g., three years) from the date of signing.
- Either party may terminate the MoU by providing written notice within an agreed notice period.
- Termination shall not affect obligations already in progress unless mutually agreed otherwise.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Vigyaksha Science Magazine and Newredmars Education shall not be liable for academic disputes within the institution.
- No liability shall arise from misconduct by institutional representatives.
- The Publisher shall not be responsible for misinterpretation or misuse of published materials.
- Each party remains responsible for its own acts, omissions, and legal compliance.
11. Dispute Resolution
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably through mutual discussion.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to jurisdiction as specified in the signed MoU.
- The applicable governing law shall be defined in the final agreement.
12. Amendments
- Any modification to the MoU must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
- Verbal agreements shall not be legally binding.
Submission Policy

1. Accepted Modes of Submission
- Manuscripts may be submitted through authorized channels including official company email, designated domain-based email accounts of the Chief Editor or Editorial Board Members, online submission platforms, offline written or digital submission, or the official WhatsApp communication number designated by the Publisher.
- Submission through any authorized channel shall constitute formal intent by the author to submit the manuscript for editorial consideration.
2. Author Consent and Declaration
- Submission shall be deemed as the author’s voluntary consent for review and editorial processing.
- The author confirms that the manuscript is original, lawful, and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or legal rights of third parties.
- All listed authors must have provided consent for submission and publication.
- The Publisher shall not be responsible for disputes arising among co-authors.
3. Editorial Review and Communication
- All submitted manuscripts shall undergo preliminary editorial review by the designated Editorial Committee.
- The Publisher reserves sole discretion to accept, reject, request revisions, or modify any manuscript.
- Communication regarding review status may occur through the original submission channel or official company communication.
4. Proofreading and Author Confirmation
- A proof version may be shared with the author prior to final publication.
- The author is responsible for verifying accuracy of content, spelling of names and affiliations, and correctness of figures, tables, and references.
- Written or digital confirmation shall be treated as final approval for publication.
- After confirmation, no further modifications shall be guaranteed.
5. Final Processing and Publication
- Upon author confirmation, the manuscript shall proceed to final processing.
- The article may be sent to press for printing, published online, and archived in official magazine records.
- Publication shall occur under the official brand and authority of Newredmars Education.
6. Legal Protection and Liability Limitation
- The views, opinions, data, and conclusions expressed in published articles are solely those of the author(s).
- Newredmars Education, Vigyaksha Science Magazine, the Editorial Board, and affiliated persons shall not be liable for inaccurate information, intellectual property disputes, defamation, misrepresentation, or unlawful claims contained in the manuscript. All legal issue problem will be solve by Odisha High Court.
- The Publisher reserves the right to withdraw, retract, or remove any article if legal, ethical, or policy violations are identified.
7. Policy Amendments
- Newredmars Education reserves the right to revise or update this Submission Policy at any time without prior notice.
- Revised policies shall apply to all future submissions and publications.
Business Policy
The Editorial Board joining fee shall be INR 50,000 (Indian Rupees), valid for a period of three (3) years.
All magazine volumes and issues shall be distributed and sold on global platforms in accordance with the company’s policies, terms, and conditions. The price of the magazine is subject to revision based on market conditions and operational requirements.
The publication charge for any article accepted for publication in the Vigyaksha magazine is INR 1,200 (Indian Rupees) per article.

The advertisement of any product or content in the Vigyaksha magazine may be modified or revised in accordance with the company’s policies, terms, and conditions, and based on the requirements of the customer or advertiser.
Editorial Board Joining Policy
Any interested and esteemed individual with relevant experience in science or related disciplines may apply to join as a Scientific Editor. The applicant must first submit their Curriculum Vitae (CV) for preliminary review by the Vigyaksha Committee Members. Upon satisfactory evaluation, the application will be forwarded to the Director of Newredmars Education for final approval and recommendation in accordance with the company’s guidelines, terms, and conditions.
If any unethical conduct or actions contrary to company policy or interests are identified, the company reserves the right to take appropriate disciplinary measures, including immediate termination of the individual’s role in the editorial board and participation in company activities, without prior notice.
In accordance with company policy, the Editorial Board structure and positions may be revised or reconstituted every three (3) years, based on the periodic review of the members’ performance and contributions.
All Editorial and Advisory Committee Members are required to read, understand, and strictly adhere to the company’s terms, conditions, and policies at all times.
