Abstract
Reproductive health and mental well-being are closely connected throughout life. Puberty, menstruation, pregnancy, childbirth, infertility, polycystic ovary syndrome, and menopause may influence emotions, relationships, and daily functioning. This article highlights the importance of accurate reproductive-health education, healthcare, and discussion. Menstrual difficulties, hormonal conditions, fertility concerns, and postpartum changes can contribute to stress, anxiety, low mood, or reduced confidence. Families, schools, communities, and healthcare professionals should provide supportive spaces where individuals can seek information and care without judgement. Screening, counselling, routines, and social support can promote resilience and improve quality of life. Awareness helps people recognize warning signs, challenge misinformation, and seek professional assistance when symptoms persist or affect safety. Integrating reproductive and mental healthcare is essential for building informed, compassionate, and healthier communities.
