Abstract
Personalized cancer vaccines represent a transformative advance in precision oncology, overcoming the limitations of generalized vaccines by targeting patient-specific neoantigens. Leveraging next-generation sequencing, computational tools, and mRNA platforms, these vaccines elicit robust, tumor-specific immune responses with minimal off-target effects. Clinical trials demonstrate promising outcomes, particularly in glioblastoma, colorectal, and renal cancers. Recent innovations, such as the AI-designed Enteromix mRNA vaccine, highlight rapid, individualized vaccine development with encouraging early efficacy. By addressing tumor heterogeneity and immune escape, personalized vaccines hold significant potential to improve survival, expand therapeutic options, and redefine cancer immunotherapy.
